Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within Switzerland for orders over 50.00 CHF.

We ship exclusively within Switzerland. If you wish to order from abroad, please contact us for further information.

 

3. Shipping Time

Shipping is handled via Swiss Post’s A-Post Priority service, ensuring that your order arrives within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

  • A-Post Priority: Delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days.
    Please note that in rare cases, such as public holidays or periods of high demand, minor delays may occur.

 

4. Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to conveniently monitor the status of your delivery online. Tracking updates are available within 24 hours of shipment.

 

6. Returns and Damage Reporting

If you receive damaged goods or your delivery is lost, please contact us within 1-2 days of receiving the goods so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Please ensure that you keep the goods and packaging for any claims.

 

7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Since we only ship within Switzerland, no customs duties or import taxes apply. If you wish to order from abroad, please check for any additional fees that may apply upon delivery.

 

8. Delivery Issues

If your order is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and do our best to resolve any issues with your delivery. Please note that damage claims must be reported within 1-2 days of receipt.
